How often are the icons at the top of the screen changed?

Just a random question. Ive been on this site for a while now, mainly as a lurker, and always wondered why the icons for the section aren't changed, especially the ones of De la hoya, HAtton, and Calzaghe. Its hard to remember but I don't think they have changed since I joined 3+ years ago. they might as well put sugar ray robinson up there if they are going to keep retired fighters.
