Pascal clearly won, but it was by no means a destruction. I would favor Dawson in the rematch.

You guys were acting like Dawson was the next coming of Christ. The fact is, he is just another overrated American, who failed to produce the goods against a non 38+ fighter. And it was a non 38+ fighter with a clear loss to Carl Froch at that. Dawson isn't as good as everybody makes him out to be. He's a timid, defensive, and somewhat slick contender at best. God that is some rubbish right there. You guys are incredible. A guy has one off night and loses a close fight to a top contender after beating the best the division has to offer for years and he is a "timid, defensive, contender". Do yourself a favour champ and stick to football, you know nothing about boxing.

when you are highly favored to win but got beat by your opponent, that's essentially the same as saying you got destroyed. its funny as hell how people gave pascal no chance of beating dawson, then come fight night he got beat decisively :rofl:

Its probably because Dawson's performance was so poor when he should be dominating guys like Pascal. he didnt have a poor performance, pascal just had a great performance it wasnt a blow out but pascal just won the fight. i never claimed he dominated him

Pascal looked levels above Dawson in the first 7-8 rounds. he was throwing combos and moving, he was landing big shots, stunned Dawson numerous times. Then Dawson finally stepped his game up and was starting to win the latter rounds til the cut.

But people are like Pascal absolutely crushed Dawson or ruined him. When in fact I think Pascal won't be the same fighter after the punches Dawson hit him with in the later rounds.
