Prime Vitali would not only have have KOed Briggs, he would have KOed Kevin Johnson (who is very similar to Larry Donald only not as good), and taken out Sosnowski in an early round. 48 year old Foreman beat a prime Briggs, Vitali beat an old 38 year old Briggs. How good will Vitali be at 48? Briggs was nothing but a contender in his prime, Briggs now would be a bum in the 90's.
