Rumors are circulating that "King" David Estrada is eyeing WBA welterweight World champion Vyacheslav Senchenko. I have personally talked to Estrada about the proposed bout and he told me he is willing to fight anyone as long as the money is right, he also discussed how he is rededicated to the sport and trains relentlessly since moving back to Chicago. Estrada believes that ever since he decided to take boxing serious and devote himself to the sport, fans can now expect him to bring 100 % aggression to the ring. Estrada went out to talk about how he now walks around 160 and no longer kills himself to make weight, nor walk around 190 lbs.

Estrada talked about Chavez Jr ducking him and many others, he feels since he is not very vocal that many people do not get to hear the true stories and the politics of boxing. He wants the title shot against Vyacheslav Senchenko but doubts Senchenko will step in the ring with him. Estrada wants Senchenko to know that he is eyeing anyone holding the welterweight title. Also gives words of advice that anyone who wants to be considered a real fighter must give others a chance which includes the young rising prospects and the old dogs.
Senchenko is OK at picking guys off on the way in and Estrada sometimes just tries to get to the inside in a straight line so it'll be an interesting fight. If the fight ends up in Ukraine, Estrada will not be getting a close decision.
I would like to see this happen in the United States, maybe on a HBO undercard or PPV undercard involving another Welterweight Champion.
This is a very interesting fight, I hope it comes off and we can see where Senchenko is really at even though he would be the defending champion.
True that, Estrada is known for putting people to the test.
Well seems like he is tailor made for Estrada, since he is a pressure fighter.

As I said, Senchenko is basically a stand up European fighter who works from long range behind his jab, his defense is a high guard that he uses to block punches with his arms and gloves. Pretty good skills but pressure fighters normally give the type of fighter that Senchenko is a lot of problems because he needs range to operate.
There are a few of his fights on youtube if you want to check him out.

Hey can you educate me more on Senchenko ? I really do not know much about him other than the fact he only fought twice outside of his country.

I really doubt this fight will happen, David won a regional belt by defeating the previously undefeated Orlando Lora and politics once again does not ranked David where he needs to be, very sad.
