Mr. President's just a hater. He complained about Pacquiao not being there for his people during the typhoon (he's obviously misinformed) and now he's complaining about him not speaking English properly. Should he stick to the Philippines or America? Which is it?

It's shocking the stupidity people have these days...when you don't learn English for the majority of your life until you're in your 20s it's fairly difficult to suddenly become fluent in the language. Like I said Floyd and his dad were born here and neither of them speak english very well!

He's a second citizen here, owns property here, and has lived here consistantly for long periods of time for over 10 years.
