Because Floyd is doing nothing productive for the sport of boxing and putting heat on Manny for catchweights will make him look like a bigger scumbag than Floyd. Because according to his fans, catchweights are a real crime. Beating women, tax evasion, racial rants, and false steroid allegations are okay in the name of marketing and promotion.
