a FOCUS/DEDICATED Judah can beat them ALL...expect MAYBE Bradley who is somewhat proven, the rest of those 140 fighters ARE ALL HYPE by their Promotion and HBO
Khan, Alexander and Ortiz are ranked BASED ON THEIR POTENTIAL...NOT their accomplishments in the ring...because neither of them have done anything, one guy KO'd a tough but Slow and Robotic Urango and has been hyped ever since, another guy got KO'd in a matter of second by a BUM and has been fighting nobodies ever since...OK he jabbed at ran from Kotelnik for 12 Round (Big fukin deal), Ortiz heart is still in question, he quit like a b!tch against a SLOW ROBOTIC Maidana...but yet you have fans and people in the Media trying to convince people that these guys are the future??? hahahaha Give Me A FUKIN BREAK!!!
I think Zab beats them ALL and their Promoters know that, that is why you won't see any of them fighting someone like Zab anytime soon, out of all the younger guys at 140 I only have respect for Bradley because he earned his Top Billing the OLD SCHOOL WAY...IN THE RING!!!
I dont get how you guys are saying Zab doesnt beat half these youngsters at 140, he gave prime cotto, mayweather, clottey problems who says he cant give these kids problems at a lower weight division?
I really think Zab is the most well rounded fighter in the division right now, but time is ticking away and the competition will develop. He needs to get his shots at the cream of the division as soon as possible.
i wouldnt say judah is faded. he looks noticeably more relaxed and focused in the ring with eddie mustafa muhammad in his corner.
he's settled down in his personal life and he's finally got a good guy in his corner.
imo, only guys that beat judah at 140 are ortiz and bradley.
Yeah we will see, hopefully he finally got his mind right and chilled the **** out. Even if that happens I think the odds are against him as he was never able to get to that next level and now hes older, Bradley I dont think is anything great and he doesnt have a punch so that fight would be pretty interesting and Ortiz has a weak constitution and chin so I think Zab would do well..definately would like to see him in the mix would make for some interesting fights.
I think a fight against everyone one of the top guys is a toss up.
I like Zab. Fast, strong and skilled. Just never had the discipline to ever follow through and finish a fight strong. His stamina problems were partially caused by that because he had no control over himself. If he fixed those couple things and some other kinks - The dude is trouble for each and every one of them. Yet to be seen though.
Do we know if Alexander was stripped of his belt yet and is it now in Mabuza's camp? (I know I may have spelled that name wrong). If so, he'll fight Zab next with that belt... Who does Zab call out if he beats Mabuza?

This Exactly, Judah currently has everything needed to rule that devision. Desire, Speed, Power, Jab, and good trainer. Ppl might sh1t on me for this but i blame Judah's stamina problems on 2 things, his chronic brakes, but most of all on his father, father son training relations i just never see work out. Now Judah has someone developing him with a lot of knowledge.
I think if he's anything like he used to be I'd say he beat Khan, Ortiz, and Alexander. Maidana could still break him down, and Bradley could do his best Mayweather impression for the win.
Obviously Khan can beat him, but Khan's jaw is likely to be clipped before the end of the fight and Judah can punch. Ortiz could beat him if he came in with a Miguel Cotto game plan. I don't think Alexander could beat Judah (if he were genuinely somewhat back to what he used to be)
He has a decent punchers' chance.
You take Zab's counter left uppercut (by blocking it or moving to his left when you punch) and he's left with nothing. The top fighters should be able to do it without a problem, but I could see Zab giving them a scare along the way. He might be able to beat Alexander, but it's going to be hard for Judah to get past his jab.
Except Maidana isn't anywhere near as good as Cotto AND Maidana couldn't even stop a faded Corley. I'd pick Judah to stop Maidana.
Weird I feel maidana would be the most likely guy to stop judah out of all the top JWW's today. Maidana's style is all wrong for judah. Judah would break like he always does under Chino's pressure.
Faded Corley probably has better stamina than Judah. Judah is also a faded Judah.
I wouldnt be suprised to see Judah have his moments early vs some top 140lbers but I think hed lose down the stretch as he usually does. He can possibly get the KO as he had a good punch but probably get stopped himself.

Maidana opened up for Ortiz to finish him after he was down and got hit by bombs but stood up to finish the job and you think Judah will stop him.
lmo

Well said man.
Plus, maidana will be getting KOed against khan in december, so unless judah wants to use him as a stepping stone the fight will never happen.
No matter what weight? How do you know? As you said its been about 7years since he was last at 140, at 147 he was only there for the $$$.. Now its time to get real and get in better shape. He was carrying to much extra weight and didn't have to train as hard at 147 which is why he had bad stamina
When he decided to move up in weight, there were actually better fighters at 140 than 147. At 140 there was Mayweather, Cotto and Gatti. At 147 there was.. Cory Spinks? lol.
Yeah, his prime was 7-10 years ago. He's over the hill now and as soon as he fights one of the top guys at 140, he's gonna lose. Don't take my word for it, though. Let Judah show you himself.
except Maidana expect Maidana.....fukin fools
Maidana is strong and can pressure............he would KOd the faded Judah just like Cotto.
