If Wlad is so "soft", why does he have the entire HW division running scared?

Ever since the Corrie Sanders loss and especially after the 1st Brewster fight, there are a lot of fighters, trainers, promoters, and boxing pundits that went on the record to say that Wladimir Klitschko has no heart, no balls, no chin, that he panics under pressure, that he is "soft", and that all it takes is a little pressure to beat him. We have heard this time and time again, here are some examples: - Before Byrd II, Brewster called his cousin up and told him that all takes is some pressure to beat Wlad and that he should stay in front of him. During the fight, Byrd's corner kept on yelling "he's got no heart, put pressure on him". Wlad knocked Byrd the f*ck out, without barely breaking a sweat. - Before Austin, both Austin and Don King said Wlad has no heart, no chin, and no balls, that he only fights smaller fighters (Austin being 6'6" and 245 himself). Wlad finished Austin in the 2nd round with a series of left hooks, without even throwing his right hand the entire fight. Neither DK nor Austin showed up to the pos-fight press conference. -Before the Brewster II fight, Brewster said that "he will die in that ring" and that his main advantage over Wlad is his heart. Brewster than went on to being dominated every second of every round until he quit on his stool between rounds. -Before the Chambers fight, his father, Eddi Sr., stated that Wlad is "like a caveman", and that all Eddie has to do is put pressure on him. Wlad knocked Eddit Jr. unconscious while winning every round. -Teddy Atlas has been a vocal critic of both Klitschkos, questioning the skill and heart of both. He publicly stated that he could take a fighter and train them to beat a Klitschko, he got such an opportunity with Povetkin. Despite all his bluster and having over 2 years to prepare Povetkin for Klitschko, Atlas pulled Povetkin out of the mandatory position and $2.5 million payday citing that Povetkin is "not ready". -David Haye has consistently went public with statement like "the Klitschkos will be two of the easiest fights I have ever had, I need to fight both of them, etc." yet when presented with multiple opportunities, he has pulled out of one made fight claiming injury and has walked away from a 50/50 offer to fight Audley Harrison. So the question is, if Wlad is so "soft", why aren't more fighters clamoring to fight him? He is the RING, WBO, IBF, IBO, P4P HW Champion, that packs 60,000 and 50,000 soccers stadiums on a regular basis, and has 14 million people watching his fights in Germany alone. His last fight against Peter had TV stations from over 100 countries requesting rights to televise the bout, yet we have had Mormeck, David Tua, Adamek, and so far Chisora, all turn down a proposed fight against Wladimir on December 11th. Now some say it's a question of Wladimir low-balling his opponents but what we do know of the purses paid to his past opponents or offered to prospective opponents, suggest that there is perhaps another reason entirely. Perhaps Wlad is not so "soft" afterall and fighters are simply too recultant to face him because even the biggest payday of their career is not worth the prospect of the biggest beating of their career at the hands of Dr. Wladimir Klitschko.
