Would he be a mainstream star like he is today?
Would he already have fought and beat mayweather making himi even a bigger star?
I think its a good question, im interested in hearing from you guys, what do you think?
if pac is with GBP the pac-cotto fight could not have happened, even the hatton fight. however the pac-marquez trilogy could have been completed already. pac may not have moved up to welterweight as fast as he did with Top Rank coz GBP has many fighters in the LW division and oscar will make pac fight the likes of katsidis, casamayor, etc.
if pac was with GBP, he would not have achieved his greatness coz oscar will not make pac move up to WW, imo.
and lastly, i dont even think the pac-floyd fight will ever happen, not even conceived. first, floyd will not move to GBP coz he will have his economic rival in the same stable. oscar will prioritize pac coz he is younger. and, granted floyd will also move to GBP, i dont see the fight happening still. pac's move to WW, if ever, will be delayed coz of oscar's LW fighters. by the time pac is in the WW, floyd is already happily retired, and out of pac's reach.

We would have already seen the Pac-May fight by now
We'd see Paq put in a lot tougher in general more than likely.
If GBP does one thing, it's that they deliver tougher fights more regularly than Top Rank.
It's an interesting thought - If Pac signed with GB before facing Oscar, then he probably would've been set up to face Marquez at 135, assuming that's what they both would've agreed on. And then what? Down the road, he probably wants a shot at Hatton, and he gets it. I think this is where Oscar tries to match him against Mayweather, but some people will be like, 'he never fought at welterweight' they'll knock Mayweather if he chooses to fight Pac, the way they knocked Oscar for choosing to fight Pac instead of Margarito - since he hasn't proven himself at welterweight, a la vs Marquez. But I don't think that happens cuz Freddie won't let Manny's 1st welterweight fight be against Floyd...he'll start off at a catchweight against somebody, see how Manny handles the weight and then progress upwards...not much changes, except I do believe Pacquiao's resume looks better under Top Rank...he already got the fight with Hatton, plus Oscar...then he got a fight with Cotto & Clottey...but it all depends on what Oscar wants to do with Manny, keep him at 140 maybe?
