to alexander: why arnt you giving kotelnik a remtch when he clearly won the fight?
arnt you ashamed of having the world belts around your waist when you were given a 12 round boxing lesson?
Will listen in tonight
Great, i hope you enjoy the show man.
Ill be announcing some BIG names who im in talks with right now, and will be coming on the show soon.
There might be a time change for the show, if so only an hour at the most, ill let you know.
To Harold Letterman:
1. Compare boxings National and International popularity since the Golden Age of boxing in the 1960's/70's. Do you feel the addition of multiple weight classes and the lack of a single recognised Champion per Division has hindered the sports growth and damaged its reputation?
2. The 3rd fight between Muhammad Ali and Ken Norton, which was held back in 1976, in Yankee Stadium, still remains today, as one of the most disputed decisions in boxing history. You scored the fight for Ali, as did the other judge and referee Arthur Mercante. What do you remember of that fight and in retrospect; do you feel the decision was right?
3. Harold, you have been judging fights since 1967? Is that correct? (wait for reply) What have been the most memorable moments you have experienced during your time as a judge?
That's all I can think of for now.
Good Luck. :fing02:
GREAT questions! thanks man
the link to my show is in my signature!
There both coming on my show this friday at 11pm EST.
Leave you questions here, all serious questions will be asked! :boxing:
@Harold
ever consider getting glasses?...just say'n.
@Alexander
Did you feel good before the Kotelnik fight?
ask lederman why he gives rounds to guys just throwing punches that aren't landing while the other guy is landing clean punches. also ask him if hbo has a gun to his head and makes him score the fight for their fighter. maybe he's being held hostage and we can help him.
Alexander was boring as **** on Boxingtruth. He didnt wanna discuss anything, he just kept repeating these little snippets that sounded like they were written for him. He didnt want to admit that it was a close fight, that he underestimated Kotelnik, ect.
Forget him and do a really long Lederman interview. That would be way more interesting.
Yeah Alexander is known to be a boring speaker..i plan on asking him more about the bradely fight then the kotelnik fight, it might open him up a bit more

for Lederman: OK, Jim..........I mean Harold (lol), how do you score every fight for effective aggression, when a fighter may miss 75% of his punches? What does it mean to be effective in your opinion? Why does effective aggression only appear to be effective for upcoming HBO stars?
Alexander: Would you rematch Kotelnik? What do you think your punch landed percentage was in that fight? Did you underestimate Kotelnik at all in that fight? What is your plan for beating Bradley when you two meet in January?
For Devon:
Who do you view as your toughest challange at 140?
Also will he continue to hunt the big names in boxing and not duck or dodge anyone?
Lederman:
Has he viewed the kotelnik fight since the actual fight night and does he still agree with his initial scoring?
yeah i planned on asking harold that! thanks
Regarding the Kotelnik fight: How do you call a guy as losing a fight when he is landing both the undisputedly CLEANER punches as well as landing MORE punches.
Close fights like that are supposed to be one guy landing more pitty-pat punches and one guy landing bigger shots (Diaz-Malignaggi I) and it goes to what the judges favor.
Kotelnik did both. I would like to hear how Harold saw it.
