The seriousness of Floyds legal situation.

I dont like to comment too much on it because it has nothing to do w/boxing, his next fight or who he is ducking. However there are a lot of threads about it so just want to say a few things about how serious I think it is and some people in here are over looking. I keep hearing that he wont do any time and that its just a minor assault on his baby's mother. But the thing is, he isnt in a relationship w/her (aleast thats what I was getting from the articles) he also doesnt live w/her. So he ALLEGEDLY went to someone's house and assulted her, made death threats to her and her bf and threatend the witnesses (children, mind you) not to call the police or he would do bodily harm. I dunno, regardless if she had his children..its still seems pretty serious to me what he is accused of. I think he may be in some big trouble. And I dont wish jail or prison on anyone..Im just sayin..
