As I predicted, additional criminal charges have been brought in an amended complaint/information filed Thursday morning by the Clark County DA's office against undefeated boxer Floyd Joy Mayweather Jr.
Mayweather's first court date remains Nov. 9 or four days before Manny Pacquiao fights Antonio Margarito in Texas.

In addition to the grand larceny initial charge involving the forcible taking of a cell phone belonging to Baby Mama Josie Harris, the 33 year old Las Vegas resident's early morning invasion of the house where she and their three children live has engendered other felony and misdemeanor charges.
The most shocking allegation, which comes under the coercion heading, is that an angry Mayweather, supposedly upset because a) Harris is dating an NBA player named CJ Watson and/or b) the house was not kept in pristine condition, threatened to "beat the ass" of his own sons, Koraun and Zion.
Mayweather is represented on this case by high profile, high priced defense attorney Richard Wright. Wright has represented ex-Governor Jim Gibbons and other boldfaced names.
Mayweather is now charged with misdemeanor "battery domestic violence" charges for allegedly punching and otherwise hitting Harris, whose age has been given as 31 and 32.
According to her complaint to police, Harris told Mayweather she was having sexual relations with Watson, a Las Vegan formerly with Golden State and now with the Chicago Bulls.
His father, Charles Watson, flatly denied any such relationship to celebrity gossip site, TMZ.
The plot thickens against the embattled Mayweather.
Meanwhile, uncle and trainer Roger "Black Mamba" Mayweather faces an Oct. 25 assault trial in Vegas for allged assault on female boxer Melissa "Guard Your Grill" St. Vil.
And "known associate" Ocie Harris has his attempted murder trial, related to shots fired outside a Las Vegas roller skating rink, in February of next year.
The Mayweather boxing calendar is empty but the trial calendar is jampacked.
Wow Floyd apologist are sad sad group. They condone Floyd for his actions because it's normal for them to see their father beating up their mom and and it's ok to threatened your children if they coerce because that's part of discipline. I dunno what kind of world is that my sympathies goes to y'all. Birds on the same feather really flocks together. Sad.
How many times did he do it while slapping your mom around?
He never hit my mum, though if he was beating my brother and I went to call the popo I pretty sure he'd beat my ass too.
I don't see anything wrong with threatening to beat your child's ass in all honesty. Plenty of times my dad boxed the taste out of my mouth.
your a loser. i hope you never father any children :spank:

Then Ive been coerced against many times, nothing to see here ladies and gentleman.
So your father threatened you with violence if you left the house or called the police while he was in the act of assaulting your mother (basically using violence to try to hold you hostage)? If that was a daily occurrence in your house, then my condolences, if you still don't get it then you are really dense.
And there's plenty to see here, possibly 6 years (doubt he'll get that much though):
Nevada coercion law (NRS 207.190) makes it a crime to, with the purpose of making another act in a way they don’t have to, to use physical violence or threats of on that person, their family or possessions. Coercion is a misdemeanor when no physical force or immediate threat thereof is involved. But breaking Nevada coercion law becomes a category B felony if it is, with penalties of up to 6 years in prison and perhaps a $5,000 fine.
Do you still not see how this has nothing to do with child-rearing techniques? What part do you not get?
Probably more so that he threatened to hit them if they called the police or tried to help their mother. That's the Coercion part. Wasn't just an empty threat because they didn't make their bed or something like that.
and i thought this was pretty obvious, but to some people I guess not..
Parents always say if you do something against what they tell you then you will get a whipping, nothing wrong with this.
You're not getting it, it has nothing to do with disciplining a child or threatening to hit your child if he didn't make his bed. He threatened to assault his children if they intervened in an assault that he was perpetrating on their mother, that's the difference between 'sparing the rod' and Coercion.

dude, do you have an idea how incredibly dumb you look defending a woman beater? you don't THREATEN TO BEAT YOUR KIDS. the only people he should be beating are his opponents in the ring. threathening to beat your kids is PSYCHOLOGICAL ABUSE. i'd give you more red k if i could but i have to spread some more, you stupid asswipe.

especially in the heat of the moment while arguing with their spouse, remember the Alec Baldwin incident in the media with his daughter?
