You think Erik Morales now could beat Carlos Baldomir? it's strange that you would even be going back and forth with that guy. it's obvious that using reasoning with him isn't going to work. he breaks out into gibberish every post and is using "A > B > C" logic as their backbone. you should also re-watch the mayweather - judah fight. he was giving mayweather problems for two rounds and then his punch stats started their dive. had spurts in the third round, landed that big left hand in the fourth (both rounds won by mayweather on, at least, two out of three scorecards) and proceeded to be clearly dominated the rest of the fight. it's the zab judah that fought cotto for the better part of 11 hard rounds that should probably be used as an example.

Yeah Judah didn't accomplish much but it wasn't down to his boxing abilities, It was down to his mentality. He was beating Floyd for the first 4 rounds, And he was beating and outboxing Kostya Tszyu before he got KTFO. A lose to Baldo at that point in my books ain't exactly a bad thing, Remember how they used to hype Baldo up? But Baldomir is a big guy, Zab was really small compared to him. But I agree Zab was most defiantly on the down slide of his career when he fought him. Zab will never be the fighter he once was,Neither will Morales but I still think Zab has a little bit more to offer. An example of that is he is still able to fight at his favorite divison and weight 140. Morales will be in my top 10 most favorite fighters of all time once he retires for good. He needs to let go.

Its difficult for past fighters to let go of boxing, They might retire for a couple of years but they would alway comeback, Especially for an genuine idol like Morales...Its a shame
