Haye vs. Peter -> I'd bet a lot of money on Peter.

Ding ding ding This is what the brothers do, they make fighters look like bums and neutralize them and PUNISH them. Peter had a good first round then in the second got rocked and it was the beggining of the end. He has heart and a big chin. Only vitali and wlad have stopped him and that was because a PUNISHMENT over lots of rounds. You cant just KO peter with a couple punches hes too fit and BIG, he has the body to take punches. If peter was so bad he wouldve been KO'd before. People forget Peter is only 30 years old. How many other skilled punchers has he faced? The Klits are doing what they can. Credit for that. But that doesn't make Peter better than 'eh.'

Difference was evident in his weight. Peter also tried to win for about three rounds tonight. Against Vitali he tried to win for about thirty seconds. Give Peter credit. Two things I seen today when I watched that fight.* 1. Maybe the Klits are not as (I didn't say they weren't, just not as) boring as the networks make them out to be. It's not their fault everyone they face doesn't really do anything either. At least they punch right? 2. For a trainer who said his fighter wasn't ready for Wlad, Teddy sure did talk a good game about how to hurt and beat him. Sure, he may be too green, but Teddy probably shouldn't brodcast that to everyone. What if Povetkin (may be spelled wrong, sorry) takes it the wrong way and thinks Teddy doesn't believe he can execute. *Didn't bother reading all the posts, so some of these points could have already been made. Currently grilling some carne asada in the patio, didn't have time.

Vitaly has too much chin and too much power for Wlad he would punish him and then stop him. Wlad wouldnt be able to lean on Vitaly and use his height like he has with all of these other fighters he would have to fight and when he did that chin would be touched I think Wlad would win a decision. 5 years before Vitali would've beaten him - probably pretty fast, somewhere between the 5th and the 8th, but today's Wlad is different and Vitali is fading (not that much but enough to say that he wouldn't have a big chance against Wlad in a boxing fight - well, a brawl would still end differently :)) .

excactly So many jealous guys who can't cope with Wlad's success story. I'm not even a big fan of him, but I honestly think that he would be one tough nut to crack for every (and I mean every - even Ali, Tyson, Lewis at their prime) heavyweight ever lived. He's fast, he's strong, he has the perfect game plan, he's extremely fit, perfectly trained and he's intelligent. All this combined with his size and reach makes him almost unbeatable. I agree. Head to head either Klitschko would pose a problem for any heavyweight in boxing history.

There's no way for you to really know that now is there? Quit acting like Peter was anything but a late replacement punching bag for Wlad to look good against. And it took him 10 dull rounds The Peter tonight>>>>>>>The Peter that fought Vitali.

He's also not going to stand right in front of him like Peter did. Peter has a great chin, but no defense other than holding. Neither Haye nor Povetkin could have gone 10 rounds with Wlad tonight, And neither would win a single round.

Very good fight, and another great performance by Wlad. And I loved the way it ended! :fing02: Maybe Wlad could have opened up a little before but still a very good win. Peter was sensational in his durability lol. It's a long time since I saw anyone take so many punches without going down or giving up.

Yeah, so he can have another Brewster-like meltdown? He does what he does, and it works. Sorry if it doesn't please u. Peter was done after the first round, actually every fighter that Wlad has faced in the past 5 years were done after the first few rounds, but he doesn't want to open up until his opponent is a dead man. This is prizefighting.

Only Wlad and Vitali have STOPPED Peter! Nobody else has come close. Peter is built like a rock and came in good shape. This is what the brothers do they make good fighters look like bums. Peter was all energetic and throwing nice punches in round 1 and then in round 2 Wlad hit him with 2 1-2's that took all the life out of peter. Then he used him as a punching bag for the rest of the rounds. Its going to take a very hard puncher to win against the brothers, nobody on earth is going to out box them.

he didnt cower jackass his trainer pulled him out because he knew he wasnt ready. thats what a good trainer does and a good fighter who listens does. i agree with you man Povetkin is not ready you have to be a grade a moron not to see it
