He would've been, if he hadn't made some bad choices. He started at 122, has gotten 2 titles, and is still undefeated. His only disputed decision was against a 6 foot 1 freak lightweight that he later avenged. Soto, Barrios, Funeka, Sanchez, (Harrison and Arthur would've been on there too if Warren wasn't so scared, I already put together the Pacquiao situation), etc. And he's doing this with no power after 122, strictly off of skills and talent:boxing:.
