WHy doesn't Cotto look for a fight with Martinez or Paul WIlliams?

Quintana is a southpaw who used alot of movement and outboxed Paul, different style than Cotto. Cotto has never looked good against a tough, pressure, volume puncher. He can definitely outbox Paul and work his body early on but I seriously doubt he would be able to keep it up for all 12. The one key punch is a Cotto-WIlliams figth for cotto would be his bodyshots. Depending on the success cotto ha with landing the bodyshots would determine the outcome of the fight imo.

But what I meant was if he fought Foreman and Chavez Jr. that would be 2 b-level guys in a row when he has a title in a deep division. You don't see something wrong with that? I actually agree with this thread. If not one of them, at least fight Angulo. Cotto has made good paydays fighting the tune ups he's fought. So fighting the best shouldn't be a problem. He's got a world title doesn't he? So why don't you guys demand that he fight the best? Instead of giving us this bullshit, oh he's fought the best Welters of this era.
