Why? Do you smoke pounds of ganja and have dreads? LOL. Jk.
I knew I'd get that lol. Just basically his outlook on what is important in life, how people should live, and how he treats people.
Besides Run Ricky Run the one about Len Bias was good, as was the one about the USFL. The ones about fantasy baseball and the University of Miami football were pretty mediocre.
Does anyone else follow these 30 for 30? I've watched most of them. My favorite was Run Ricky Run about Ricky Williams. Interesting dude. Actually reminds me of myself in quite a few ways.
What ones have you guys liked?

Seriously though, I have a few of them on my DVR, just don't have a lot of time to watch them. I don't know ESPN for making crappy series/docs, so I am assuming it's going to be good.
I think some of it will have to do with interest in the particular story though.

It was not good at all, just an hour of kissing Tupacs overrated ass,i turned the channel about half way through.
I think like a lot of other things, Tupac was something you liked or you didn't.
I personally can't stand a lot East Coast music and I'm sure they can't stand a lot West Coast music. The expression of the emotions in every song and the story telling to me made him the greatest in my book. Charismatic and Ruthless in his music. I can still listen to "hit 'em up" and just laugh cause that was some good stuff back in 96.
Turned it off after 10 mins or so, it was terrible. These idiots knew nothing about boxing, and i've heard the tyson story a million times and same with the tupac story.
yeah they were trying to force a connection between one of the most recognizable rappers and one of the most recognizable boxers of all time.
In reality, tupacs murder had nothing to do with the tyson fight. they can try to play up how the adrenaline from the fight led to tupac's altercation with Orlando... Whatever... The one line that connected Tyson to Tupac in his final moments was Tyson saying he felt guilty cause if he didnt have the fight Pac probably wouldn't have gotten murdered... The producer tried to force these two guys into a documentary just because theyre both so famous. They just spent half of the documentary telling the Tupac story and the other half telling Tyson's story.
I haven't watched it yet... It's on DVR, but I read the TS post.
I think they met in the pen, I don't remember perfectly but if you listen to his "lost tapes" and "unreleased" stuff, he talks about him all the time.
I'm very excited to watch it. Incase nobody knew, the quote in my sig is Pac, I still bump his ish in my troka full blast and let it take my mind away.

First 30 on 30 I've turned off. I can't take the racial/political/elitist nonsense. Seriously, Al Sharpton? The focus on slavery, etc. Who knew Maya Angelou was a slave? (from her talk to Tupac she sounded like she was on a slave ship herself)
I felt like I was back in school and the administrations were so focused on skin color and diversity and "cultures" when instead we should be focused on people. It's no wonder so many people here get offended so easily, and go off on racially motivated rants and nationalistic tirades. It makes my stomach turn...
