I'm a Martinez fan and a NON Paul Williams fan now.

Just think about what each guys' intentions were before this rematch went to the negotiating table. Martinez fights Pavlik and Williams fights a guy who Martinez dominated. Martinez was getting ready to fight Angulo, who's a better fighter than anybody at 147 unless you wanna include Pac. But Angulo cried about the money so this is the only reason why the remath with Paul and Sergio might happen. So Williams wanted to go to 147 because the division was horrible. Not because he thought that Pac or Floyd would fight him. He needed to go down there because that is where he can get away from guys like Angulo, Martinez, Pirog, and even Kirkland. I will admit that I wasn't a huge Martinez fan before he fought Paul Williams. But he's really won me over and Williams has turned me against him. Big time.

Williams wants to go down to a division where there is no talent right now because Pac has moved up and Floyd is retired. So who is there at 147 right now? Berto and Jones? LMAO. Like I said, Martinez had and still does have intentions of taking on all comers if this fight don't happen unlike your boy. And don't give me that Dzinziruk bullshit either. He has to get paid a minimum guarantee by Shaw when it will cut into the other part of the purses that the fighters deserve when he's a nobody over here in America.

i don't think paul is ducking anyone. he fought martinez to begin with. quintana beat him and he fought quintana again. he also fought margs when margs was apparently the most ducked guy ever. i guess thats where pwill got his self proclaimed title. idk, why hurry for the fight? if there are other options that will hold fans over - take them. i'd rather this fight simmer for a while. i really like both guys and don't want to see them knock each other off. i don't know the situation fully though - i guess i haven't seen many articles on these two as of late. i don't think pwill is ducking though. martinez - pwill 2 will certainly happen, maybe soon, maybe it will be a while. but i dont think its questionable to anyone if they are going to fight or not.
