If this was 8 to 12 years ago you would never see someone like Manny Pacquiao climb as high up in weight and have success by picking off bums. Even Mayweather new his place back in those days, he was at his prime and there were far more "money-oriented" fights to be made in the Welterweight class for him but he wasn't stupid enough to make his move until they all got old. As for Ortiz he's got a way to go before he's a better version of his old self. This is just one of those fights to bring him back and hopefully improve on the flaws that he has.
