He didn't even say yellow though. If he didn't, that mitigates his comments a bit. He's still out of line, but I think the worst pejorative was the 'little (omitted) chump'.

The quote i posted is from ESPN, from what i heard, he said yellow, i could be wrong. Regardless, the "sushi and rice" comment was meant to be racially motivated. You can defend it all you want, the bottom line is those comments would never be implied on anyone else that is not Asian, hence they are racist remarks. Big deal or not, it depends on the person that the comment was implied on, not from the person that made the comment or anyone else that is not offended by the comment. Just because it's okay for some of you Floyd fans, does not mean it's okay for some others, especially Asians.
