Because with the Mayweathers, PACQUIAO IS GUILTY UNTIL PROVEN INNOCENT.
Backwards, isn't it? :)
So you really believe in the USA that society really looks at people as "Innocent until proven guilty?"
You don't even have a f*cking argument, you just keep going in circles after your question has been answered 10x over. He won't be tested within 14 days unless USADA presents evidence that would override the original cutoff. It wouldn't be just a whim on Tygart's part or him throwing darts at a calendar. If they have information that HGH is being mailed from overseas to Ariza's house or recent urine tests show an elevated blood EPO level... then they can request further testing from the commission.
That's it, unless there's tangible proof that calls for more blood, then no testing beyond 14 days... which is apparently USADA's policy regardless, only their cutoff is closer to 3 weeks instead of the 2 weeks Pacquiao agreed to.
Now you can keep playing the stubborn brat or you can move along. I'm done here.
Where did you get that from? You are adding a lot stuff to your argument that Tygart never said. The biggest point some of yall seem to be conviently leaving out is that PBF & Mosley never agreed to a cutoff and they NEVER KNEW THAT THE USADA WOULD STOP BLOOD TESTING 18 DAYS OUT.
What is so hard to understand 18 days nobody knew blood testing stopped, 14 days everybody knows when it will stop?
Also if the commission already says they don't feel random blood testing is need and PBF and Manny agreement is to be tested by the USADA why does the USADA need to go to the commission for approval to test again inside of 14 days when the commission is not apart of the aggrement with the USADA? Could it be that Arum and Manny know damn well the commission not going give the USADA the OK to do more testing???
WOW! Green K for The Prince!
Been sayin' it all along, and good that Prince had quotes to boot.
Floyd-Shane fight really didn't know when the random test will conclude, and so does Pac, he wouldn't know if USADA had more reasons to continue with the tests.
And if USADA felt the need to forego the tests even more when the proposed 14-days lapsed, scumbag Arum went on record that they'll ask the commish to do more tests if USADA wanted to because they felt the need due to some info or intel whatever.
Anyways this is an old battlecry so I'll drop it.
You should drop it because you don't wanna go down this road. LOL @ you people thinking Pacquiao isn't ok with testing inside 14 days unless USADA has a good reason. Uhh yea...it's called a deterrent, geniuses :lol1:. You guys kill me.
I was done when I showed you direct quotes, but you kept going so I did a small remedial course just for you. You and your failed crusade have no legs to stand on. Maybe you should've jumped on the taxes bandwagon, virtually everyone else dropped the blood testing excuse when they realized it was bullsh*t duck-dodging tactics. But here you are still plugging along, even your original running mate Bloppy or w/e the f*ck his name is ran off with the quickness after he got the quotes he so desperately wanted.
Nothing will change the fact that Mayweather BLATANTLY ducked Pacquiao and went into hiding. But if you think it was Olympic testing and that helps you sleep at night, run with it my child :boxing:
You've shown me nothing but your stupidity. Do you ever think for yourself? If Pacquiao is willing to be tested within 14 days at USADA's discretion then why wouldn't he just accept full testing? REALLY THINK, DUMBASS. Stop looking for quotes from your hero Arum (who obviously understands there are idiots like you out there who don't have any critical thinking skills) and use your brain for once.
Cant blame pac. THere are other good boxers to fight if Pac dont want none of it. PBF knows Pac is not going to be around much longer so why dont he get moving into gear?
If you look at their history no one would blame Pac. Hes got a criminal record as long as the wall of china, as far as making fights go floyd.
Years from now Mayweather will look back and regret not wanting to fight Pacquiao.
Years from now we'll be discusing Pacquiao's career and the name Mayweather might never come up.
But if we discuss Mayweather's career it will be hard with out bringing up the fighters he wouldn't fight.
Too many roadblocks. I've also accepted that I don't care much for the fight anymore. Imagine all the foreplay in the world, in bed with Scarlett johanssen or somebody hot...you're rock hard and ready to go...and she just keeps wanting foreplay.
I'd leave too. F this fight. Let fans of both fighters think Whatever they want.
And don't get it twisted....Floyd feels exactly the same way Manny does. Neither of them care much whether the fight happens or not.
All she wants u 2 do is wear a rubber...... so put one on and get bumping, no biggy.
Jesus christ you stupid flomos p#ss me of so much.
Tell me what the f$rk different 14days random testing would do?
Contre already state you need all round testing throughout the year for the testing to be accurate.
So please Flomos
STFU
And Pacman has already cemented his legacy. He doesn't need Floyd.
Floyd need Manny.
Everyone wants the fight but Pacman...
His promoters and trainers are somewhat making excuses for him, even though they want the fight as much as anyone else.
Pacquiao never wanted the fight.
Both of you have to be kidding...Right?

IMDAZED f@#@$ owned nyahaha... unable to get what you are saying. low level iq.
Can't blame Pac, he's called out floyd already. It's really basically floyd either accepting the fight or not. Pacquiao doesn't need Mayweather, he has already cemented his legacy as a top 20 ATG, is filthy rich, adored, and now a congressman of his home country. Very successful life for a once starving living on the streets pinoy...
I gave you all that time to think and still...you don't get it. You're done? You were done a long time ago.

Think.
Seriously.

I told you he wanted a 14-day cutoff, but his side is willing to allow further testing ONLY if USADA finds information that would warrant more blood being drawn and presents it to the commission. I really don't see why you're struggling with this concept, Tygart himself says that's how they operate- they do further testing within 2 weeks only if they have information that would suggest it is warranted.
And AGAIN, Bob Arum saying this:
What about this are you not understanding?
So, he won't be tested within 14 days...except if USADA wants to?
Think.
Seriously.
