I just don't understand this.... If he was scared then he wouldnt negotiate with Pacquiao to begin with. He wants the fight as much or more than Pacquiao does. But there's no reason to put your record, well being and long term health on the line against a guy who is proberbly taking enhancement drugs. Floyd said over and over. No OSDT = No fight. So if the fight doesnt happen. We'll know why and it won't be because Floyd is "scared". It will be because Pacquiao is unwilling to part with whatever he is taking. Floyd has no reason to lay down for Pacquiao. He's the biggest draw in the sport, will make $20 million plus whoever he fights. He doesn't need Pacquiao to establish himself. He's already an ATG.

Hagler is being soft on floyd jr here but i bet he knows floyd is a fraud chicken too.
