Uncle Bob , you're rescheduling Juanma Lopez-Rafael Marquez for Nov. 6.
Would it kill you to put it on the damn undercard for Pacquiao-Margarito?
That's on Nov. 14 , a week later.
Pacquiao , Margarito , Lopez , Marquez.....
Mexican-Americans , Puerto Ricans and Filipino-Americans all buying ppv.
Mexican-Americans , Puerto Ricans and Filipino-Americans all under one roof at Cowboys stadium.
TV rights in Philippines , Mexico AND Puerto Rico among others.
You get to show off one of your best young , prospects in what is probably gonna be the biggest win of his career to 1 mil.-1.5 mil. ppv viewers (Actually more since that's only the ppv buys and not counting who else is watching).
Seriously , Uncle Bob.
i agree with everything you just posted. the problem is that you aint thinking like a nefarious greedy jew. you need to put your nefarious greed jew hat on so you can understand bobby arumstein's reasoning:
"a pacquiao fight sells itself. why would i put a donaire, gamboa, or juan ma in a undercard of a fight that sells itself? i could put those 3 fighters on 3 separate fights & make money by only having to pay one star fighter per fight & collect the profit from the fight. Why pay 2-3 stars in one night when i can make a separate boxing card for each fighter & only have to pay one fighter & make profit?"
there's a reason why arum never stacks his fights with all of his prized assets.
there's a reason why he's a greedy nefarious jew bastard.
there's a reason why.
no need for the anti-semitic stuff.
i know some koreans and chinese who make jews look like floyd throwing away money.
Yeah you didnt hear about that? Arum is trying to make that fight I'll try to find the article.
oh i know he's trying to make the fight but he's gonna put it on the pac-marg undercard? or with rafa-juanma?
Pavlik, Lopez, Marquez, Margarito and possibly Donaire vs. Montiel is way too many damn fighters to pay.
Arum would never do that.
I think Showtime has Lopez-Rafa anyway.
donaire-montiel?

i know it ain't but if he wants to showcase juanma lopez (his best young prospect) this is the way.
unfortunately marquez-lopez could probably do 300k ppv buys on their own so it won't.
agreed with everything, and 300k buys sounds fair.
juanma by KO.
it could be a good investment for ol' bob.
it will be good for the fans
lopez could do more in his next fight as the main card
too bad it ain't gonna happen :nonono:
that's the only way it'll get done if uncle bob sees it as an investment in juanma.
but uncle bob is probably gonna die soon......he probably doesn't care about the future. :lol1:
yeah but it could pay off for juanma.
it'll vault juanma to superstar status if he puts on a good show.
how many millions of casual fans will see him?
otherwise only 200-300k hardcore boxing fans will see juanma beat rafa.

In theory it's a great idea, but in reality there would be too many stars sharing the same pie. Pacquiao, Margarito, Pavlik, Lopez on one card means every one of them needs to get paid. The Nov 13th fight in Dallas should do BIG numbers, but separate events means even more money.
The only benefit to JuanMa fighting on the undercard instead of headlining would be the exposure he would get which would be great for him long term, but short term he and Arum are thinking 'let's make as much $ as possible NOW'.
give pavlik the boot.
the trickiest part would be pacquiao.
marg , lopez and rafa bob can change the details around a bit to make it work.

BoB is to greedy for that to happen
