How about Pascal vs Cloud

When I saw the fight, I thought Pascal was about to get stopped. But when I rewached it, I realised Dawson unloaded on Pascal in the beginning of the 11th, then hit him with that big counter uppercut. But after the uppercut, Pascal came back strong and didn't get hit at all for a whole minute before the cut. He even seemed to have good legs and movement and was starting to attack Dawson (he was the one attacking when the cut occured). I think that Pascal'sbody language shows that he is more tired than he really is. That's a good observation. I wish Dawson would have pressed the action a lot more in that fight. I'm a big fan of his and I wanted him to really go after Pascal after that big counter uppercut, but he really didn't seem to want it.

While Cloud is strong,has a good punch and is determined I can't help thinking eventually he is gonna get Jeff Lacy'd by someone. He loads up too much and missed WAY too many shots against Clinton Woods,looking for KO blows instead of boxing more. He improved against Johnson but really,against a 'slickster' I feel Cloud would be exposed. Pascal on the other hand is a tough,fairly slick,good moving and solid punching all rounder who does have 1 resounding weakness.....his stamina. He was even in the fight against Froch, only losing the fight over the last 2-3 rounds due to Froch's nice jab work and Carl having more in the tank. Against Dawson he also gassed late allowing Chad to come back into the fight even though Pascal was clearly ahead. To beat Cloud, Pascal is gonna have to improve his stamina. I think JP would be ahead against Cloud going into the 10th round but after that,he'd better get on his bike and steal the win or Cloud 'could' stop him. I hope this fight happens but I'd go with Pascal on point after a few dodgy moments. Dawson would've KO'd pascal in that last round. True story.

Think Pascal's speed gives him the advantage, wins him a UD.

True, do you know that Danny Green also wants to fight Pascal, what's your opinion on that fight. Danny Green is ok but he is'nt on pascals level i have'nt seeb him fight anyoune young since......................idk pascal by UD or stoppage ( pascal gets revenge for roy jones big time)

Did you see the fight when Pascal won the war against Diaconu with a dislocated shoulder, in his corner, Pascal team put his shoulder back in place 3times during the fight. Pascal is a tough guy, everybody knew that, but what they didn't knew is how fast he was. Dawson thought it would be an easy fight, he was already talking about Bute and how people of Montreal would love to see him do his next "great" fights in Montreal, that's what you call being confident ! But i understand your point and i respect your opinion... I just can't see Cloud doing better than Dawson who had his hands full all night against Pascal. I think Cloud just won't be able to deal with Pascal's footwork and speed. But anything can happen in a fight so... I think cloud can KO Pascal, Pascal is a hell of a fighter, but if he ran from dawson he would definitley run from cloud, im not tryin to hype cloud up but i think pascal would have his hands full, not sayin that pascal cant win because he would be the favorite I just can't see Cloud doing better than Dawson who had his hands full all night against Pascal. He ran from Dawson because if he fights the way he usually does he'd get outboxed easily. He wouldn't fight the same way against Cloud who has mediocre boxing ability at best, but has a great punch and works hard as hell.
