reason for Pac-May not happening: GBP's 25% profit per Pac fight?

could it be the 25% of profits that GBP gets for every Pac fight the reason Arum wants to make a Pac-May fight w/ Don King? ...maybe Floyd will be going to Don King to make this fight a reality. one can only hope lol :D what are your thoughts on this? It doesn't matter who Floyd's promoter is. GBP makes 25% for all of pacquiao's fights. They do not have to promote it for them to make 25% why did manny sign with two promoters
