Korobov vs Jacobs

I haven't seen any Korobov outside of some amateur footage but the pros is a different ballgame...lotta fighters fight differently when they make the step up...and obviously the scoring is different... Regardless I have Danny by UD if they ever fought again...

Man i love that counter left he dropped Jacobs with. Anyways i'd love to see Andy Lee vs Jacobs. I think those two or around the same level, both are talented but have some flaws. Yeah Lee vs Jacobs or Korobov would be good fights. The mw division has some potential for exciting match ups.

LOL its funny,two months ago,everybody would be picking Jacobs,just because of 1 loss hes overrated,glass chinned and feather fisted,just like Dawson ey? Korobov doesnt even box the same as he did in the amateur and has put on weight,hes not ripped,and to tell u the truth,hasnt looked anything close to special,hes struggled alot of times with weak opposition,Jacobs would beat him lol MW in the ams is 166. When his family moved to the US in 98' he stayed behind as a 14 yr old cuz he knew boxing in Russia was best for his career. He didn't see them again for 10 years. Matvey is as dedicated as you can be. Now as a pro according to all accounts all he does is train with his coaches and then with his father, he's a machine apparently. It's all good, we'll see in due time.

Matvey korobov wont reach the hype around him thinks, very poor pro so far. No genuine power so far.

Did you see Korobovs last fight? he didnt look impressive at all against a guy he should have dominated. He gassed didnt react to pressure well and couldnt take the guy out. For me this is a toss up fight with Jacobs winning by ud or Korobov scoring the ko Korobov just got surgery to fix a deviated septum, which he's had for 5 years. Presumably that explains the gas tank situation.

Matvey already decimated and KO'd Danny.

This will go something like the amateur fight they had. Thanks to Jacobs glass jaw and major lack of power at 160lbs korobov will knock him out and most likely easily.
