Boystov is better than most of the prospects imo but he needs to change his style, he fights in the stand up euro style which i am not sure is good for him as he is short for a heavy, he would be better of going to America and getting some training in over there.
exactly. he should be training with teddy atlas, not povetkin. IMO he needs a little more flexibility and "dip" in his style to compete with the taller heavies
boytsov's my favorite heavy and i think he's champ material, but hes gotta get healthy, get his sht together and start stringing together wins.
botysov needs to fight at a higher level asap.hes beat the gavern\maddalone level fighters now needs a real contender.he could be in line for a wbo eliminator vs tua or adamek very soon.
& just how good is he? Is he the future of the division?

Short answer, two feet. Long answer, four feet. :boxing:
Only problem with Boystov is that he's pretty small, if you aint 6 foot 4 these days your a small h/w
Yea hes 6'1 i think and that is very small for a HW right now
He needs to keep away from the Klits right now mostly because of thier size
Boytsov is a tough young contender but does not have that 'signature' win, to really indicate he's a top contender or not. He's been out of action for awhile (due to a hand injury) but rumor has it, he'll be back later this year. And I agree, he needs to step it up a bit.....
He isn't going anywhere if he fights Wlad next. Wlad will ruin him. Wlad has another 2 years on top, Boytsov can go the Gaye route but we know Gaye won't even face Chagaev. Vitaly beats him at this point as well.

Do u think Boytsov could beat Arreola right now?
Yes. Although I admit he needs to watch out for the uppercut, or else he will end up like Denis Bahktov when he stepped up against a rough fighter like Arreola.
Boytsov seems like the kind of fighter that would be open to uppercuts...luckily almost no one in the division knows how to use one.
Gavern was actually a pretty high level fight for Boytsov. He beat Quezada, who Arreola struggled with not long ago. That fight was hilarious, by the way.
