Well ... apparently. I still can't believe it's required, though.. I'm with you on that one, I'm sure there ARE MANY boxers/trainers that aren't aware of that rule. I can't imagine this being an isolated incident. Furthermore, I don't think the prosecutor is "owning" anyone aside from the sparring rule. If the commission hangs their hat on that rule...it could be all that they need to deny him the liscense. Otherwise I think the defense attorney is doing a great job with Margo.
