Aaron Pryor missed out on a fight with Roberto Duran and also a unification bout with Saoul Mamby because of managerial issues. You can also argue not getting a bout with Ray Leonard due to low marketability/mismanagement if you want (Pryor turned down the deal wanting more money).
Of course you have numerous black fighters in the first half of the 20th century who never got title shots (or it took them forever to get them) due to low marketability: Sam Langford, Charley Burley & The Black Murderers Row, Ezzard Charles, Archie Moore, etc..
