like I always say.. skills dont always pay the bills especially when the other person's electricity bill is due. lol we'll see what the rematch brings. I'm not a fan of Dawson and barely started following Pascals career after Miranda called him out a while back. I highly enjoyed the fight though. The rematch is a waste. What will we learn? respectfully, when chad decided he would throw punches he won the rounds easy. When he didn't, he got his a$$ beat. The same thing happens next fight. Only difference is chad fights more rounds this time. Besides, I think I need a break from Chad. Like I said his fights have put me to sleep and then when I stay awake he quits.

I'm no huge Chad fan. I've actually fell asleep his last 3 fights. Respectfully, Chad who looked terrible, was down 6-3 at the start of the 10th rd. If he fights the last 3 rds he earns a draw. Pascal did not show more skill than chad he showed more heart. Pascals speed and movement Chad had no answers for. He probably came in overconfident as well. I would also imagine the anxiety of the fight took a larger toll on Pascal as he had to live up to Canadas expectations. So Id look for him to be in better condition/calmer in the rematch. Should be a great fight would favor Pascal as I did going into this one.

Yup, this sums it up. I have never seen Chad look that uninterested in a fight and when he tried to actually fight, he worked Pascal over....don't know why he refused to show up In the 1st 90 sec of round 11 chad finally decided to try to win. He showed more skill and talent in that time then pascal did the whole fight. I mean after the monster right hand from pascal in 7th (or 8th) this was when he should've started doing that. Chad simply forgot to pack his heart on this trip. For what its worth Chad (and Devon Alexander) better go talk to floyd about how to adjust when you are getting your a$$ whipped.

Pascal always looks tired in the late rounds, nothing strange imo. Totally agree, pascal faded big time in the Froch fight as well. I would imagine his shoulder injury didn't help his training and fitness routines prior to the fight as well.

It's not that he decided to fight, It's that Pascal wouldn't let him. I lost some respect for Dawson afterwards.. Complaining and putting excuses then claiming they weren't. You a southpaw against a orthodox fighter, headbutts will happen. That **** didn't look intentional to me either. You should never let yourself swoop so low on the scorecards that you need a knock out to win either. He could've got it. But shoulda, coulda, woulda doesn't change the fact that you were trailing.
