Who can beat Floyd?

Pacquiao, p. will, martinez doesn't have a chance to beat floyd because floyd will never fight them, i gave mathew hatton and paulie malignaggi a chance to beat floyd since he has a willingness to fight them than those 3 i mention.

im a wright fan so, 1st i dont think winky could get to 160 now days. but winky im his prime was the man. always wished to see my 2favs go at it. Shane Mosley with more stamina and no overtraining. Shane Mosley has more than enough stamina. Just one fight he showed he got tired and he has no stamina. Same with Judah. Mosley gets stronger as the fight goes on. Not against Mayweather. Everybody is gonna look tired against Mayweather.

Bradley @ 147 7. Khan @ 147. 1. I got Floyd defeating Williams. Williams has a high punch output, but williams doesn't use his size to his advantage and got exposed by Martinez and Cintron who were outboxing him. I got Floyd beating him without problems. 2. Either way :) 3. Got Floyd against Berto. Berto is fast, I give him that but i just think Floyd is too smart and crafty to have any sort of trouble with Bero. 4. This is a match i absolutely want to see. Cotto's style is perfect against Floyd. Cotto takes Counter Puncher and back up fighters apart because of his strong jab. Styles make fights and I believe Cotto would do ALOT better in this fight than his fight against Pacquiao. Don't let Cotto's performance against Pacman fool you. He's still very dangerous and is still in his prime. I believe Steward is making Cotto into a complete fighter. 5. The fight we all want! This match is alot closer than many think. Although Floyd has the advantage because Pacquiao's weakness to counters, Pacman is not only a southpaw, but has comparable handspeed, better footwork, higher workrate, more power, equal stamina, higher fighting pace, and weird angles. Who wouldn't want to see these clash of styles. I'm rooting for Pacman eventho I feel Floyd would win. 6. Floyd again. No explanation :). 7. Interesting fight. Khan is very very good but i still think he has to prove himself more. I think Floyd could beat anyone at JWW.

I'm a pretty new member here and had a few posts. But i wanted to know what you guys thought of these matchups vs Floyd? vs. Winky Wright. I think Winky would possibly be able to defeat Floyd at 154 since Winky was easily able to handle Mosley's speed and is bigger, taller and stronger than Floyd. Plus he has a more authoritative jab. I think it would be way too close to call. vs Sergio Martinez. At 154, I think this would be a great match. Martinez is a fast southpaw which would give Floyd trouble and a counter puncher at that. He uses his legs more than Floyd and has great reflexes hence his low guard style. I think he has a chance at defeating Floyd eventho Floyd i think would edge it out. vs Prime Ike Quartey. Ike had one of the best jabs in Welterweight history and had great power and good speed. He almost beat a Prime De La Hoya at welterweight and was ducked by some people. This one I think could've gone either way. vs.Tommy Hearns. In my opinion the one guy whom mayweather could not beat no matter what. Hearns had unreal power, gave SRL so much trouble, and was a counter puncher's worst nightmare. Plus his Chopping Right would def give Floyd a knockdown. vs Andre Ward(If he was at welterweight). I think if there was a welterweight version of Ward, it would give mayweather hell. If you notice, Floyd at the first part of the Hatton fight had a bit of trouble with Hatton's rough fighting. Now imagine, if Hatton had comparable speed...could also hit while on the backrun...and was a switch hitter....i think Ward would beat mayweather if he was a natural welterweight. Sergio Martinez also beats Floyd,good foot movement & handspeed,The last time Floyd fought a southpaw that was fast,Judah beat him in the 1st 4 rounds before gassing,without heavy power shots coming back & his size advantage,Martinez keeps Floyd uncomfortable & ud's him!! Prime Ike's fight's similar to Winky,I really don't believe I've seen Floyd up against a jab like that,but he's smaller than Winky,fight goes either way!! Thomas Hearns ko's Floyd inside of 6,nuff said!! I can't picture Ward at 147,but I would replace him with the Punisher to simply throw 100 punches a round & just outwork Floyd,fustrate him & make him quit late in the fight!!

floyd beats any guy at 154 right now. and 147. if he jumps up to 160 ... that would be interesting

Winky's style alone would give Mayweather serious problems, add in Winky's size and I'm going with Winky U.D. Especially at 154. Martinez was getting timed by Pavlik and fights at a pace that favors Mayweather. Also I wouldn't keep my hands low against Floyd. Mayweather U.D. I think Mayweather right now would beat Quartey and I've always said I'd pick Quartey to beat him. Just that Mayweather is finally lookin' like a WW and we saw how he bullied Mosley. He's stronger now, I'll go with Mayweather U.D in a very tough fight. Hearns - no need to explain. That would be hard to picture, but Mayweather is better then Ward in just about everything, Mayweather U.D.

At Welterweight? Tommy Hearns Sugar Ray Leonard Jose Napoles Emile Griffith Kid Gavilan Sugar Ray Robinson Or any proven tall great Welter would beat him You should put him against opponents at his prime because Welter is not his best weight.
