Timothy Bradley and Amir Khan are the only tested and proven 140lbers

Khan needs to fight a guy with power so Ortiz or Maidana. He's beat the good boxers of the division but he hasn't faced anyone with power.

He gave Bradley his toughest fight to date and to this day that is his only loss. I say a close loss to Bradley says more than maidana has ever done in the ring and that includes a win over a green ortiz

Swizz I cant agree with you on this man . Bradley has most definitely been tested against a lion. Remember this? I think Peterson Khan and even Paulie all beat Maidana. Maidana shouldnt be in the picture even after a KO win against a super green ortiz.

Great POST!!! You have to set these guys straight. I feel like people do fall into the hype before they actually watch and dissect styles of these fighters and how they pose against each other. The thing is Khan has definitely changed his style to keep opponents on the outside and seldomly get hit. a big puncher has to take some outside heat to get at Khan now. Maidana would get walked and tagged all night by khan, similar to what Khan did to kotelnik.

Bradley has fought a full spectrum of styles, Khan has only fought opponents with favourable styles. Maidana is more tested than Khan. Maidana has a loss to kotelnik, granted some say it w as a home town decision but none the less Maidana and Kotelnik are on the same level. Khan would tactically dispose of maidana most likely in the same fashion he beat kotelnik
