No actually, what you mention is not a clear case of what I speak of..you're trying to twist my words around..
As you can see, I've written unfair advantage. Point out to me where Floyd had an unfair advantage over Hernandez...if anything, Hernandez had the advantage over Floyd because both his hands were in pain..
If you are trying to prove Floyd had an advantage over his opponent, you've chosen the wrong example...if this was a case where his hands were perfectly healthy and he still used Novocaine, then I would side with you..
I can't say if he had pain or maybe he used the drug in case it would happen during the fight (precautionary reasons) or maybe he realizes it gives him no discomfort when he punches very hard. Only Floyd can answer that.
Just like other drugs, it allows a boxer to do something they wouldn't be able to if they didn't use that drug.
Floyd applies it to the hands. That is what is being used to do as much damage as possible to the other opponent. By using drugs, Floyd could hit harder than otherwise possible. So that is a gained advantage that he had due to the drugs and not from what he likes to say "hard work".
Not a matter of people against it. But right now, its up to the boxers if they would agree to undergo this or not because its unofficial.
If both fighters agree, great. If one doesnt want to take this test, then it should be fine as well.
It is fine if Manny dont want the testing its his choice , but to think people wont look at him very suspiciously as to why he dont want it with so much to gain in this fight is very nieve , only fans swallow his changing of storys starting with superstition then his lame needle scares , droppd that like a hot potato with the Tattoo video lol , finally settling on the it makes me weak excuse , lol what a lame excuse , really only a fool would entertain such blatent bullshit to get out of testing for PEDS in the biggest fight in the last 50 years , yep Manny has a right to say he dont want to be tested just the same as Floyd has a right to ask for it .

Another child analogy , most of you fellas are nothing but fanboy groupies its ok for Manny to bend the rules with his constant weight draining of fighters for their titles what a fuken joke that is , I,ll fight Klit at lightweight for his HW title lol .
PEDS testing is of big concern in all of sport , boxing has one of the weakest systems in all of sport and it will be a great day for the sport when its upgraded to world standard , Floyd wants his fights to be under very strict drug testing so there will be no cheating in his fights and he has a right to ask for it .
Well stated.
Is he a cop? he is just a boxer.
The thing is if a civilian pull you over and tells you you are drinking and driving and wants you to walk straigh and needs you phone # to do it random. nah don't even worry about the random he just wants you to talk straight will you walk out your car and do what he wants you to do or tell him to fuk off?
You're missing the point, I was replying to someone who said Floyd is accusing Manny without evidence, to which I replied that he is suspicious, which is different from accusing.
As for the evidence part, sometimes it is only provided with the cooperation of the suspected.
The cop scenario was an example, that you don't necessarily need evidence before you suspect someone.
The civilian example you've just given does not relate to the May-Pacq situation. If a civilian suspects that I am drinking and driving, he should call the cops, because a cop will never shrug off a complaint like that, even if there is minimal doubt. Within minutes of the phone call, a cop will pull me over.
The reason that differs from the May-Pacq situation is because even though Mayweather has discussed his concerns about Pacquiao, NSAC doesn't feel it is necessary to put both fighters through OST (unless both fighters agree). This despite the FACT that urine tests are not able to detect peds that a random blood test without cut-off dates is.
In the cop situation, the suspected isn't given a choice of whether he wants to prove his innocence.
Is he a cop? he is just a boxer.

Floyd called Manny a cheat with no evidence
If a cop becomes suspicious of a car that keeps moving out of a lane and is constantly readjusting itself, he pulls it over.
Upon speaking to the driver he notices droopy eyes and a slurred speech. Does that necessarily mean the driver's drunk? No. How does he erase all doubt? Does he demand to smell his breath or use a breathalyzer? He uses the better measure for detecting blood alcohol content: the breathalyzer.
Similar case with Floyd and Manny. Floyd is suspicious of Manny. The reason he doesn't have evidence is because he needs Manny's cooperation. Even if Floyd states, "I'm 100% positive that Manny is on something", but demands blood tests, it shows that at the end of the day it's nothing more than suspicion, otherwise why demand the OST?
So then you must agree that when Floyd used the "CAINE" drugs on fight night to do damage to his opponent where otherwise he wouldn't be able to, was a clear case of this you speak of?

It would be bad if Floyd dropped the drug test demands and still beat him.
Then Manny's fans would say "At least he was clean when he got sparked out." :D
Floyd's fans answer on this will unfortunately depend on what Floyd says
1 - When the the boxing commission rules on testing were good enough for Floyd (no testing agreement required for Floyd's previous 40+ fights), Floyd fans agreed with him.
2 - When the the boxing commission rules on testing were good enough for Manny, Floyd fans disagreed with him.
3 - When Floyd used the "CAINE" drugs on the day of the fight and gained an advantage in which he shouldn't have, Floyd fans agreed with him. Floyd fans then hide behind the Nevada state rules.
4 - When Floyd said 14 day cut-off, Floyd fans agreed with him.
5 - When Manny said 14 day cut-off, Floyd fans disagreed with him.
6 - When Floyd said, test for the length of the contract, Floyd fans agreed with him.
BUT Floyd did not agree to true random testing. Only testing for the length of a contract. What about prior to the contract? Is Floyd getting tested now? No!!! I understand, if that's OK for Floyd not randomly testing for 365 days/year, that's OK for Floyd's fans.
So if a fighter signs a contract last minute, he pretty much bypasses any testing.
Conclusion, whatever Floyd says, Floyd fans agree.
This is why these rules need to be improved by the boxing commission and not Floyd. Floyd can change his position (see above examples)
Are you against random drug testing because Pacquiao is or, are you against it for other reasons. If its anothe reason please explain.
You can try to make it about anything that makes you sleep better at night, but there's only one reason to refuse a drug test.
Im not making anything up its common sense .
Common sense is looking both ways before crossing the street.
How do you not find it weird that both guys had thier last test 18 days before the fight?
I thought 1 guy would have 5 days and the other would have like 3 or 4 days but both have 18? i just dont buy it
No logical answer to it. If Manny had suggested it, the Pac-diots would be writing letters to the NSAC demanding that they institute OST lest they boycott.
But he didn't. Your boy did, and all of you all of the sudden became the OSDT experts and supporters and campaigning to clean up the sport, and begging the NASC to implement this because Floyd said so. All the while your boy hasn't done a ****in thing to clean up his beloved sport..
you guys are such followers..minions!
i think the consensus here is that ur not that bright. thanx for the supporting evidence genius.
And your a genius with your post that contribute SOOO much
Consensus is that your ignoring facts
bullshit, did a 18 day cut off happened in flad vs shane ?...yes or no?.........simple shit, yes or no?........
i think the consensus here is that ur not that bright. thanx for the supporting evidence genius.
Who doesnt support OST?
But if OST is going to stop the fights the people wanna see then i dont want it
If we are told OST or no fight then it would seem like people would rather see fighters tested instead of fighting
this post is amazing, truly amazing.
