Eric Morales Is the GOAT at 122 Lbs

Morales had wins over an ancient Zaragoza, used up and always chinny Junior Jones and a questionable decision over Barrera at 122. Just saying.

But what if that power dont work? Morales has never been officially KD'd at 122(i think) and Gomez relied on his power to win, while Morales out boxed to to the tko or desicion. and i see Morales draining most of that power early with his straight rights to the body as he did with Pacquiao the first tme around.

I see it more like: Morales = Gomez > Barrera Hmmm....... yea this could work to, aslong as Morales's name comes first hehe jk. Yea those to come close but I see Morales as the superior and more acomplished 122 pounder, but i aint gonna argue with ppl who see it equal cuz it could go either way for most ppl.

Gomez had the better super bantamweight/junior featherweight/122lb record, but imo Morales was the better fighter when looking at their entire career. now, I wonder who have won in a fight between the two? And I wonder how they would do against Fenech, who didnt spend long at 122 but was definitely one of the best to fight at the weight. yea that would be a great one, i see Morales wining by a UD maybe SD but most likely TKO'ing him tho, Gomez will not KO Morales and in being unable to do that Morales will out box him to the desicion or the late tko.

Gomez knocked out 42 of his 44 oponents he beat that to me is impressive because they werent tomato cans

Better than Zarate and Pintor? :nonono: Gomez resume is better i dont like barrera but Morales got his ticket a 122 so id put barrera over those 2 yes, also Zaragosa, Jones, McCullough, are some quick ones that come to mind, think theres more, but overall resume Morales also beats Gomez at that IMO to.

Morales is defiantely the GOAT at 122 for sure. Barrera got the decisons, but he never beat Morales in any fight. Eh. I'd say their first 2 fights went the wrong way. Lolz.

yea i said it, no one in history can compete against this man at 122, he was like Tommy at 147 at that weight, just ramming over everyone in his path. There are 1 or 2 who could claim that as well. But no problems if you got Eric on top. He deserved it.

wtf is barrera doin there? no dis to you putin gomez on there but barrera?, Morales, Gomez. Barrera 13 title defenses, faced 8 titlist. Beat Jimenez, Benavidez, Fernandez, DOMINATED Agapito Sanchez. And, had a hell of a fight with McKinney to put HBO BAD on the map. Barrera is up there at 122 also.. Top 5.

No we're not, at least not with him. Gomez beat Zarate...and who else that was really good? Lupe Pintor? Don Kyun Yum, Kobayashi, Juan Meza(top 5 greatest fighter ever in the division), Leonardo Cruz,.... Gomez is the goat man. Really he is, Just a beast. Undefeated, never lost awesome KO ratio. He is the GOAT. Morales is up there. But, Gomez is clearly #1. It really can't be debated. 2-5 can be debated. #1 spot belongs to Gomez.

Barrera got KTFO by junior jones, lost to him again and got KTFO by Pacquiao in his prime. Morales beat anybody who's anybody at 122 dumbass. Nice try though. Gomez is the greatest 122 pounder of all time. Period, Morales is in the top 3 though. clearly/easily top 5. But, at 122 Gomez is the GOAT.
