Don't think about it or give more than one answer.
Just name your fav fight, a fight that always comes to mind people talk about classic bouts.
The fight that always pops into my mind is Hagler vs Hearns.
To think, it was only three 3 rounds, but it had everything in it that I love about this sport.
Most importantly, it was THE BEST FIGHTING THE BEST, something that modern day boxing is sorely missing.
bias....B.Hop vs Tito......Ex took him to school...BEAUTIFUL display of boxing skills by the pride of Philly!!!! :boxing:
B.Hop vs Pavlik gets honorable mention....ANOTHER masterpeice by the Philly God!!!
unbias.....Chico vs Castillo I.....that shit bought tears to my eyes...tears of joy and WOW!!!....Chico was the man...I love watchin that classic scrap!!! :boxing:
Tyson-Holyfield 1. Man, not only was that a big upset, but that the first time we really saw Tyson take a beating, which was worse than the Douglas fight.
Holyfield was again resurrected his career, when everyone that he was just being fed to Iron Mike. I was tripping out watching this fight.
Ray must've felt he was the bigger man and wanted to fight like it though he probably could have gotten on his bicycle for the boring decision. What a stud.
Right on the dot. Sugar Ray realized what a beast Duran was and that in turn brought out the warrior in Leonard.
The 2nd fight we witnessed him on his bike, and though it was good boxing from Leonard, no where near did it carry the excitement of the first.
Well since you say gun to your head...the first fight that comes to mind without really thinking is Duran-Leonard 1.
The best part about the fight was Leonard's decision to engage in a brawl with Duran. Some say that was a dumb move on his part, but that is what made the fight exciting and memorable..
Really good one!

john david jackson vs jorge castro
God that fight is so tight. It was super one sided, with a great comeback, but Jackson was just a joy to watch that night.
Morales - Barrera I.
That fight will stay with me forever.
I might forget my future kids' names in old age, but I'll never forget that fight.
Same goes for:
Morales-Pacman I
Gatti-Robinson I
Tua-Izonritei
Cotto-Torres
