The IRS must be milking this guy for everything for him to be making his millions and still can't pay any of his bills.

LAS VEGAS (CN) - Boxer and Dancing with the Stars alum Floyd Mayweather failed to pay $62,000 in rent for commercial space that houses his promotion company, his landlord claims in Clark County Court. It's the latest in a string of lawsuits against the boxer.
TDF Investments says Mayweather signed a lease in July 2008 for Mayweather Promotions at nearly $10,800 per month for three years.
But TDF says Mayweather owes for unpaid rent, and the landlord had Mayweather evicted in July of this year.
Boxer Manny Pacquiao sued Mayweather in December 2009 for defamation, with accusations that he falsely claimed he used steroids.
Mayweather was hit with another lawsuit in September 2009 for allegedly failing to pay for legal services. That same month, the former super lightweight champion was accused of failing to make monthly payments of $9,000 on a 2007 Mercedes Maybach 57S.
The most recent lawsuit was filed by Ross Goodman.
The article doesn't prove that his money is messed up. If it was his family home then it would be a bad sign but with regards to a self run business it can mean many different things.
If you're running a company you'd want it to operate of the money it makes, one way of going in debt is if you're constantly injecting your own money into a business that's not making enough cash. It's possible that the business isn't doing well but that doesn't exactly relate to the money he has stored away as I doubt he'd use his personal belongings as collateral.
It could simply be a way of terminating his contract with them, in which case the matter will probably go to court.
If Mayweather Promotions is an INC and not a LLC and that place is leased under Mayweather Promotions, they indeed could come after his personal assets if it got to that point (i.e. house, car, BOATS, etc) let alone his credit taking a hit. Who really knows though, but I don't believe him owing $60K in past due rent is something of a contractual misunderstanding more than him simply not paying it. It's not the 1st time we've heard about missed payments when talking about Floyd.
BTW, does anyone know who Floyd's accountant is??? He might need to hire someone really quick lol.
What can i say. Dude is an idiot outside the ring. I thought he would learned alot from Mike Tyson and Holyfield, but i thought wrong. Oh well, as long he give me two more great fights to remember, that's all i care about.

Damn................
I think Floyd might wanna look into a new moniker lol.
Maybe that's why he doesn't want to make career-high payday
since it'll be a tough sell to claim bankruptcy if you have 50mil in the bank.
