You're both right. Hatton wasn't technically GBP, but he might as well have been. He got treated like a GBP fighter, with the visits from Oscar and the match ups. The difference is that Pacman fought Marquez twice in his own division. Mayweather dragged Marquez up 2 divisions and still came in overweight. Mayweather didn't drag anybody, JMM called Mayweather out, JMM was moving up divisions chasing Pacquiao who wanted none of him.
