Pac has fought only 2 black fighters Ledwaba(sp?) and Clottey both were from Africa. He also fought to a draw with a black latin dominican fighter called Agapitho Sanchez. But the question is do you think he will ever fight an african american fighter- more specific a "slick" fighter that can "float like a butterfly and sting like a bee"?
Those who thread was started at YT by people who mentioned this. They are the racists talking about fighters who float like a butterfly and sting like a bee or a fighter that can do the Ali shuffle, or even the bolo punch(which actually was started by a pinoy called Cerefino Garcia).
This thread got over 1400 views but it was just comedy and yet i get thrown red k.
This shit is hilarious.
Now Manny Pacquiao has to practice affirmative action to validate his career?
It's not good enough that he dominated 2 BLACK AFRICAN fighters, it has to be black african-american? That's racist and offensive on so many levels. And it brings 'reaching' to new heights.
But whatever helps you sleep at night.
so you're saying African fighters, a la Quartey and Clottey, stylistically are similar to the boxers from the Mid West?
This shit is hilarious.

why does it have to be americans. the only diff they have from black africans is black africans know how to wear their pants :lol1:
Twako:
go to post #80. i tried to explain a little why this is a sticking point with black americans.
The link for fighting no BLACK AMERICANS is in his record mayne.

Your bumping an old thread to bash manny because floyd is getting bashed in just about every other thread on nsb , your hero ducked pacquaio accept that and stop acting like a braindead fanboy who cant see the truth .
Hhahah yeah sure j.one still blaming pacquaio huh ? get real you delusional **** its mayweathers fault stop denying that and accept that , man you fanboys cant use your brain :nonono: . And good job bumping a 2 day old thread you ****ing inbred .

it's not pac's fault floyd won't fight him.
Actually it is, Manny feels he doesn't need to test like a normal human being and he somehow believes selling less entitles him to more. Also, Manny has NEVER faced a BLACK AMERICAN ever.
Are you serious? Who cares? Clottey doesn't count because he is actually from Africa? That's so asinine that I cannot even think of an analogue to express it!
Within the black community there is a clear distinction between africans (ie from Africa) , caribbeans (jamaica) and black americans (US citizens). While I know this may be hard for you to understand or comprehend the division, trust me the issue is big.
When someone posts "slick black americans" (meldrick taylor, sweet pea, leonard, ali, floyd) they tend to be more athletic boxers, not saying the other groups don't have that. Conversely, african boxers (clottey, quartey, nelson) are not US born and bred boxers.

pac tried to make a fight with the best african american fighter in this generation. I dont see how pac is ducking alexander and bradley when these guys are just building their names. Berto is the other possibility williams is not a welterweight.
WHile I don't agree with the thread, its hard to argue with the fact that boxers are lacking from manny's resume. Mosley and yuri foreman were turned down immediately. Nate Campbell was not given a sniff. Zahir Raheem was not either, although I would've fought Morales again and Diaz because they were far more lucrative.
Pacquiao ducks the top african american fighters.
Bradley, Mosley, Pwill and Mayweather etc have all asked him for fights but Pacquiao dont want nothing to do with them.
i would hardly call mosley and williams slick.
Forget about race/nationality. For me its not about that. My question is will he ever fight a slick defensive fighter. I don't care what the fighters' race is as long his style is defensive and slick.
name me these slick defensive fighters you talk about.

Pacman will never fight an African Americans. His legacy is based on beating finished weight drained Hispanic "warriors". Realistically, Slick African American possess way too much skill and talent for Pacman.
Pacman is in a way was like Tunney and Dempsey. They didn't want none of any good Black American boxers. And their legacy suffers for it
and you do know that it was latinos (mostly mexicans) who ruled 130 and below right? last i checked, 80% of pacs fight was fought there..:nonono:
but the way you talk, you sound like pac is a career welter.. :lol1:
