what were the terms team pac offered. did they offer 60/40 to floyd and full testing without cut offs? if not , the fight wont be made Team manny was willing to negotiate again, they've put something on the table, be it the 14days cut off or 50/50 split or no cut-off with 60/40 split!!! Atleast they were willing to negotiate again and make the fight happen again!!!
