Based on lighting, angle, no. Youre looking at a weight drained, dehydrated weigh-in Pac, his head is a little shrunken than normal. Yes, I suppose you're right. Also he's not fully tightening his muscles in the other picture. However I think the head has been enlarged in the OP picture.
