If Floyd's worried about making too much money this year, or going straight into a Pac-man fight with possibly a new trainer, I could see Bradley being a good option. A respectable opponent, P4P rated, who wouldn't be physically threatning to him. Also he could afford to be a little aggressive with Bradley and make it entertaining, perhaps creating positive press afterwards. What do you think?
Nah, Bradley is too risky for the reward. I'd like to see that fight but he will have to drop back down and fight Alexander later this year in December or in January to kick off the new year
This without a doubt.
None of the big boys are touching Bradley. He makes f*ck all money and is hungry as hell to win. He's far too good for the money he would bring in.
I see Floyd fighting in May 2011.
Anything else not likely IMO.
He is the new Oscar taking the Oscar date.
I complete agree. I also remember him saying he's only fighting once a year, so that makes perfect sense.
As for Mayweather-Bradley, Bradley will need to get built up a little more and become a household name. All of Floyd's opponents have been either big names such as DLH and Hatton or fighters with a lot of hype like Baldomir. If anything, he has a better shot against Pac.

You could be right in the end. I just don't know if Floyd would want to take a whole year off. But the thing about Floyd is he's no longer a real boxer. He's a businessman, who just happens to know how to box, like Oscar was towards the end, so he pull that. And Floyd vs Matthew Hatton wouldn't be financially supported by anyone, so that wouldn't happen even if he wanted it too.
I fixed my original response.....lmfao.
Just got caught up in the moment.
LOL, I wasn't trying to say anything about your post per say just that it is unlikely to see him (Mayweather) fight soon given the current situation......Bradley could shock anyone but it is unlikely he would get a shot against either of those two. Bradley is still one of my favorite boxers regardless, the dude has heart, skills, and a no quit attitude

Mex Ind. Day weekend.....classic when he came into the ring wearing Mexico's colors....
Fail...Pacquiao or move to 154lbs...nothing less will remove the "ducked Pacquiao" rep for now....
Not among Pac fans, but that's a given. The "Mayweather fallout" isn't nearly as bad as one might think, and Dan Rafael, who isn't a "Flomo", wasn't quite buying Bob Arum's early blame only Floyd stories. Perhaps he doesn't seem to think that Bob's was too sad about getting another all Top Rank affair on PPV. If Floyd fights Bradley, it might well be perceived in a better light than Pac's continuing fights with Top Rank company men.
Yeah, there is also that issue to deal with too....finally done with that fight and those threads...I've had my fun now on with real threads about actual fights

My bad....staying on topic to thread....Bradley actually is a live-underdog to land a fight with Floyd...but Floyd would EASILY out box Bradley....as much skill as Bradley has...and I'm a big fan of his....he is no where near ready for Floyd or Pac...he's just trying to get paid nicely.
I think it is funny how some people are really underestimating Bradley, I don't think he is ready for Mayweather or Pacman but I like Bradley's chances against any other fighter in that division, only way to find out is if they actually fight and I don't see Mayweather or Pacman fighting Bradley anytime soon
Bradley style actually makes up for his lack of size or lack of a reach advantage, and make no mistake Bradley does have some pop in his gloves but he is also smart when using his Power, he doesn't risk losing a fight by chasing a KO
people are making the mistake that just because he doesn't always go for the KO, that means he does have ANY POWER and that is far from the truth, some boxers just don't depend purely on power ALONE to beat their opponents
I would watch that fight, but we already know Floyd can out box all boxer types. I'd rather see pac and floyd switch dance partners in that scenario. Then Floyd vs Margarito and Pac vs Bradley. Floyd vs a brawler and Manny vs a boxer good matchups because stlyes make fights.
True, you have a point there, though I don't think too much at all of Marg and would rather see Angulo instead. Best case scenario would have been Floyd vs Berto and Manny vs Bradley IMO. Bradley has a better chance against Manny than Floyd (Though I still think he loses), and at least Berto can say that he's physically theatening to Floyd.
