Arum and Pacquiao could have brought up that same reason BEFORE negotiations started back in '09, but they chose to go along with the request as long as there was a cut-off date. I mean, he wanted Manny on an even playing field claimed his super human powers stemmed from something illegal. Now that floyd has openly said that their was nothing wrong with the contract and just did not want to fight. Did he really think Pac is on peds or what?
