why doesn't pac fire arum?

pac was with top rank first. lets just say it was a year later. its called breach of contract because nobody gets signed to a year deal. cotto got an extension that was that was like a year and a half or two long i forget but thats not a standard deal, its an extension. its called breach of contract and did tr take action? no right? does it make much sense to you that he signs with tr first then later signs with gbp but tr is stuck footing the bill? pacquiao didn't sign with top rank first. he signed with golden boy first. top rank stole him back. top rank was promoting pacquiao-morales 3 but they didn't have an exclusive contract with pacquiao. hence why gbp tried to sign him. duh..... top rank is paying gbp because gbp has a case that they have the rights to pacquiao.
