If the Fight Falls through i blame every person that purchases a PacMan or Mayweather Fight. Everytime someone shells out $60 for a 1 sided beat down, and continues to show these guys that they don't have to fight the best, they just have to be charismatic and we'll pay to watch them dominate and be protected, we move further and further away from the best fighting the best.

The fault lay squarely on Floyd, he shouldn't have made a baseless accusations to deter the fight to ever come about. This shit should have never have gotten this far with negotiations leaving the fans in suspense only to let them down by a single party (Floyd).
