Floyd isn't talking, but Bert Sugar thinks he's scared.
He doesn't want to fight right now. He's not afraid of Pacquiao. He might be afraid of losing. If you ever talk to him he will tell you in eight seconds or less that he's the greatest fighter ever because he's never lost and he has a chance here of losing."
the guy is old, but i believe JRO said it best.
Bert has FORGOTTEN more boxing than we will ever learn/know.
What is there to know about boxing? The contract did not happen in first place is bec. Flyods unecessary 14 OST request!!! Now Pac agreed to it and Flyod still dont want to fight Pac?
Dude think about that for a bit, if you have any common sense left, better yet have a mind of your own and stop nuthugging Flyods decision every step of the way.
this is more of bert sugar just speaking out his butt. floyd just fought a fighter that many at the top, bert sugar likely included, had him losing.
pacquiao is just the flavor of the moment as far as floyd mayweather is concerned.
if they fight and floyd wins, it gives critics a chance to tear down pacquiao, all of his recent accomplishments and the resumes of all his recent opponents.
if they fight and floyd wins, its just the opposite.
while many are saying that pacquiao is truly in his prime, where his mental and physical abilities have somehow reached their balanced peak, NO ONE is saying floyd is in his prime, not even freddie roach.
that has been the strategy of team pac. to catch people on the other side of that peak. when they fight, i expect it to prove that pacquiao was never a match for mayweather.
