just a guess, knowing Bob. 50/50 split and 14 days for blood test (post fight night included), random urine test up to and including fight night. Max NSAC weight penalty ( 25% of purse, unless amended by the Exec. director and approved by the commission). There's a fractional penalty if it's less than 1lb. Please correct me if I'm mistaken. So for 40 million guaranteed purse, max allowed penalty would be 10 million, unless negotiated otherwise in the contract. I think Roach once said if Floyd came in overweight there would be no fight.
