Hell no. He took Cotto of his feet and almost put him out with 1 shot with that left uppercut. Luckily for Cotto his forward momentum had taken him into Judah's body so he could clinch. Pacquiao, if he took that shot flush? Hell no. He's going down like the Titanic.
