Team Pacquiao making offer for Mayweather fight recorded! Doesnt seem like Floyd has instructed his people to make the fight happen :( Maybe he will change his mind, we'll have to wait and see. Mayweather already said, "If my PPV outsells your's then say goodbye to 50-50 and the cut-off" but Pacquiao still wants 50-50. Even though Mayweather's last PPV got twice as many PPV numbers as his. Of course Arum and Pacquiao want it to look like Floyd is ducking him. But until we hear from the Mayweather side then I dont believe what is being said by Arum, Pacquiao and Roach (Team Pacquiao).
