Don't know why he would make excuses... He was outclassed by Morales first time around. I commend him however for his two victories over Morales. For those with the delusion of Mayweather's ego the only problem in making the fight, look at Pac.. when asked about his loss to Morales he continues to make so many excuses. Both Mayweather and Pac have huge egos and if the fight doesn't go through then the blame lies on both of these fighters. That's actually one of my main criticisms of him. After Morales beat Pacquiao, Morales (realising he had outgrown 130) moved up to 133 (contracted weight) to fight Zahir Raheem. Morales weighed 134, But Raheem let it go and beat Morales in a lopsided unanimous decision. Rather than fight move up and fight Raheem (Like any honourable champion would), Pacquiao rematched Morales at 130. Freddie Roach, Noticing the difficulty Morales had in making 133 against Raheem. Put a million dollar weight penalty on Morales if he came in a lb over the limit. The tactic worked, Morales killed himself to make the weight and had no strength in the fight. Of course Morales didnt have to agree to it, But it was still a big time bitch move by Team Pacquiao.

To the TS since you are clearly not a fan of Pac and has not followed him throughout the rise of his career. The blood issue with Pac during that time, before the fight created out rage in the Philippines press media including the gloves issue when they discovered that he was not allowed to wear his usual gloves. Pinoy boxer in a lot of cases has been cheated abroad or even in at home against fighters with names. The only way a Pinoy fighter can win any foreign fighter with a name is though KO and that is a fact in Philippine boxing history and is the biggest reason why it is rare to product technical boxer that doesn't go for the kill in that land. This is a pathetic excuse. Manny blamed the gloves on his loss saying he would be better with the Reyes gloves (which suit puncher's better). This may be true but Morales had to wear the same gloves, If the gloves they had didnt work well enough then why was Manny's face all cut up and swollen but Erik barely had a scratch on him? I suspect it has something to do with Pacquiao's lack of defence and boxing intelligence!

Yeah it's also funny how floyd claims he came back to clean up the sport of boxing but how long did that crusade last? Hmm he fought Marquez but no ost for him huh? He should have given Morales credit and let it be. Some the excuses he gave for losing were unbelievable.

this whole this is so manny doesnt look like a bitch. thats the bottom line. manny isnt going to bow down to what king pretty boy says. he doesnt want to look like hes folding. if he takes the test then floyd has won. he will have had his way. and thats the last thing manny wants... to lose the a fight before he can even fight it. so naturally hes going to come up with anything he can to not take those test. if me n you (anyone) were to fight and i said "it aint happenin tell you do the hokie pokie and turn yourself around" would you do it?

That video is irrelevant because like I said before, Pacquiao NEVER mentioned a problem with blood testing until Floyd requested it. Larry Merchant asked him why it was a hard fight and he blamed getting cut, wearing the wrong gloves and shoes etc. He never mentioned blood testing as a reason for losing the fight, But now that he is being pressurised to take a blood test. I dont know if Pacmans boxing skills have improved much since the first Morales fight but one things for sure, his English definately has.

pac should have given morales his props for that fight, he won it fair and square, no point sayin he would have knocked him out with different gloves.

Nah man u wrong. Everyone has an ego in their heart of hearts but at the same time thats not mannys game, thats may's game. Pac is one of those "u (mngmnt)take care of the business outside of the ring and then I'll take care of business inside the ring" type fighters so the ego thing just doesnt seem likely Well man. I tell you Pac might seem like a nice guy and all but he is certainly full of himself. He even watches himself in between rounds of a time. One time, he even praised his acting skills. :burnout: Just think he even have to gall to have a concert. :D. I have several friends in his hometown. He is a nice guy and aims to please you but he does a lot of talking about himself. That is not necessarily a bad thing of course. I mean you don't get to the top without having enormous confidence on yourself.
