Today? I thought he died on the 11th. Anyways, he was a true warrior who gave everything to boxing. There will never be another Arturo Gatti. R.I.P. 11 day it was reported in brazil it was 10 though.

hell yea.. he was a huge draw in AC.. im glad i saw his last fight even tho he lost.. good experience.. hes got great fans.. im proud to be one of them..

Arturo was tough as nails, I got to watch his first fight with Mickey Ward the other day and fights like that is why I love boxing

absolutely.. and i am forever grateful he was in MY era of boxing. i grew up watching him and kevin kelly on WBC and HBO after dark.. Me too. I remember watching guys like Kelly, Barrera, and Tua on boxing after dark. But Gatti always put on the best show on boxing after dark win or lose.

I get emotional watching videos of him too. It's ironic how violence and Gatti's toughness can bring out those kind of emotions in grown men. RIP warrior...hes the reason why i started boxing.i never met him but i feel to say that he was like family to me.
